Shipping and delivery

Delivery methods

Delivery options are automatically displayed at checkout based on postcode and order weight/volume:

  • Parcel to collection point - pick up at the nearest collection point when you receive an SMS/email.
  • Parcel box / Mailbox - for smaller shipments where the service is available.
  • Home delivery - doorstep delivery (day/evening depends on carrier and address).

Available carriers and services may vary by zip code. What you can actually choose will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery time

  • Picking and packing: normally 1–2 business days.
  • Transport: typically 1–4 business days in Norway (may take longer to Northern Norway/islands).
  • Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days of ordering.

We send a tracking link by email/SMS when the package is handed over to the carrier. Read more about tracking on our Tracking page.

Shipping costs 49 NOK

Standard 5kg-9kg

Shipping costs 99 NOK

Standard 10kg-15kg

Shipping costs 199kr

Part deliveries

If you order items with different delivery times, we normally send them together. If we need to split, we do so at no extra cost and you will receive separate tracking links.

Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Tracking becomes visible after the first scan at the carrier.

Unclaimed parcels

If a package is not picked up within the deadline and returned to us, we will refund the amount of the goods in line with the right of withdrawal/rules, but deduct NOK [XX] for documented costs (return shipping/handling). If you want a new shipment, new freight will be paid.

Damaged, missing or incorrect item

Notify us as soon as possible and attach:

  • Order number and tracking number
  • Photos of packaging and goods (in case of damage/deficiency)
  • Short explanation of what is missing/incorrect

We solve the case with a new product, price reduction or refund - depending on what is right in the case.

Delivery area

We deliver throughout Norway [possible exception: Svalbard/Jan Mayen].

For delivery abroad: [status/which countries/customs and duties are handled like this: ...].

Heavy/large goods and additional services

For larger deliveries, you can choose carry-in and return of packaging where the shipping partner offers this. Availability and price are shown at checkout.

Wrong address / redirection

If you discover an incorrect address, contact us immediately. After the shipment is in transit, we may attempt redirection (not guaranteed). Any costs will be disclosed before change.
