Fast ordering and delivery

Delivery time: Pickup 1 to 2 business days + shipping [1 to 4] business days.
Tracking: Received by email/SMS when the package has been shipped. See the status on your Order status page.
Delivery methods: Collection point, parcel box/mailbox (where possible) or home delivery.

Undo purchase or return?

Right of withdrawal: 14 days from when you received the item. Notify us within the deadline, return within 14 days of notification.
Who pays for the return shipping? You cover the return shipping yourself. Shipping costs to you will not be refunded upon return.
Money back: Within 14 days at the latest. We may withhold payment until we have received the item or a receipt for the return shipment.

My parcel is still / "delivered" but gone

Check tracking (last scan, delivery image, pickup code).
Check neighbor/reception/wrong parcel box.
Still no results within 24 to 48 hours? Contact us at support@mosmossa.com, and we will start tracking/searching.

Damaged or wrong item?

Please notify us as soon as possible and attach photos of the packaging and contents + order number (e.g. #1001).

Solutions: new item, price reduction, or refund, depending on the case.
