Terms and conditions of purchase
Last updated: December 5, 2025
1. Who we are
Seller: BoBedre, org. no. 998734231.
Contact: support@mosmossa.com
2. To whom these terms and conditions apply
The terms and conditions apply to purchases made by consumers in our online store. For businesses (B2B), separate terms may apply - please contact us before ordering.
3. Prices, taxes and stock status
All prices are shown in NOK including VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious typing/system errors (e.g. $0 for an item that clearly cannot cost $0). If the price needs to be corrected, we will contact you before shipping. If you do not accept the corrected price, the order can be canceled at no cost.
4. Order and order confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The agreement is binding once we have sent the confirmation. Save the confirmation - it's your receipt.
5. Payment
We offer cards, Vipps and possibly invoice/partial payment via a third party (e.g. Klarna). The payment solutions show terms and any fees before you confirm. We do not deduct the amount before the item is shipped (exceptions may apply to special orders / pre-orders - this is stated at checkout).
6. Delivery
Delivery methods are controlled by postcode and displayed at the checkout (pick-up point, parcel box/mailbox where possible, home delivery).
Delivery time: picking time [1-2] working days + transportation [1-4] working days. If the delivery time is not stated at checkout, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after ordering. You will receive a tracking link when the order is shipped.
Transfer of risk: Risk passes to you when you (or a third party nominated by you) take physical possession of the goods.
Details can be found on the Shipping and delivery page.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day after you received the item. Notify us within the deadline and return the item within 14 days after you notified us. We will refund the price of the item + standard shipping to you no later than 14 days after you notified us of your right of withdrawal (we may withhold payment until the item is received or you provide proof of return shipment). Who pays for return shipping and any exceptions are explained here: Right of withdrawal.
8. Complaints (defects in goods)
If the item is defective, you can file a complaint. The complaint deadlines are:
- 2 years for most items. Sandwax and refill packs are considered consumables and are covered by the 2-year period.
- 5 years for goods that, under normal use, are intended to last significantly longer.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect, and no later than two months after you discovered it. We follow the rules in the Consumer Purchases Act regarding repair/replacement, price reduction, cancellation, and compensation. Any warranties we offer are in addition to your statutory rights.
9. Damage upon delivery
If you discover transport damage, report it to us as soon as possible (and save the packaging/pictures). We will help you with the carrier and solution.
10. Unclaimed parcels
If the package is not picked up and returned to us, we will refund the amount of the goods in accordance with the right of withdrawal/regulations, but we may deduct actual return costs/handling if this is stated. See Shipping and delivery for rates.
11. Errors, delays and cancellations
- Wrong price/wrong info: In case of obvious error, we will contact you. You can then choose to continue on the correct basis or cancel the purchase.
- Delay: We will inform you of a new time. In case of significant delay, you can cancel the purchase. Rules on risk/deficiencies follow the law.
12. Warranty
Any warranties are in addition to statutory rights (right of complaint). The terms of the warranty are stated where they exist.
13. Privacy and cookies
Processing of personal data and use of cookies is described in Privacy and Cookies. Here you will find the purpose, legal basis, storage time, your rights and how to opt out.
14. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect losses as a result of delays or defects, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law. The consumer's statutory rights always apply.
15. Force majeure
We may temporarily be unable to fulfill the agreement in the event of incidents beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, fire, pandemic, power/network outages, government orders, strikes). We will inform you as soon as possible and limit the consequences.
16. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The terms may be updated. The version that applies to your purchase is the version that was published when you ordered. We show the date of the last update at the top.
17. Disputes
We always try to find a solution. If we can't agree, you can contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority for mediation, and possibly the Consumer Complaints Board. For cross-border e-commerce, you can use the EU ODR portal. Norwegian law applies.
